Diagnostic Interface
For the transfer of data between household appliance and laptop, we had to developed a diagnosis interface.
This diagnosis interface checks the individual operating conditions and can also be used to test specific functions, or to diagnose errors.
It was our task to develop different concepts and designs, based on predefined electronic components.
Afterwards, with reference to function and design, we model the plastic and injection-moulding housing.
Finally a pre-series was sprayed, assembled and tested in the field. The results were evaluated and documented for the definitive design of the full series.
