FE analysis
A customer requests a study of an existing apparatus for the treatment of sewage sludge.
The problem was insufficient stability of individual components and as a result, unsustainable short operating times and also drastically increasing repair costs.
Together with our technicians and engineers we quickly found the cause and developed a simple, clever solution to correct the fault. Immediate realization of the system brought the expected effect. A subsequent inspection with a pro/engineer and an FE analysis confirmed our constructive solution and provided the basis for the further development of powerful sludge thickening systems.
