Tool construction
We have been developing high-precision tools for a tool trading company. For example, electrode holders, index tables, zero-point center chucks, pull-down spring return clamps, etc. for the secure fixture and clamping of different types of electrodes.
It is our task to shape concepts and present solutions that are in line with the market, and that also convince in terms of clamping type, positioning, electrode shape and design. That functionally meet the high tolerance requirements on one hand and are simple to operate on the other.
Using CAD Solidworks we create production drawings from the selected tool concept. Together with the tool manufacturer, the parts are optimized in terms of processing methods and manufacturing costs, a pre-series is produced and tested in the field. Finally, the results are evaluated and documented for the definitive design of the full series.
